Air Fryer Hot Honey Pork Chop

Ingredients
- 4 boneless center-cut pork chops, about 1 1/2 lb
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Cooking oil spray
- Hot honey, for drizzling
Preparation
- Pat pork chops dry and set aside.
- Add panko, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to a shallow dish and combine well.
- Place egg in another shallow dish. Dip pork chops in egg, letting excess drip off. Add pork to crumbs; flipping and pressing pork chops multiple times until all sides are very well coated. Discard any unused crumbs and egg.
- Line basket with air fryer parchment paper liner. Lightly coat chops with cooking oil spray. Transfer pork chops to air fryer in one layer, working in batches as needed.
- Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying again with oil, or until chops reach an internal temperature reaches 155°F. Keep chops warm between batches and/or rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
- Drizzle chops with hot honey just before serving.
