Air Fryer Sticky BBQ Pork
Ingredients
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp dry sherry
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5 lb boneless side pork sliced
- 3 tbsp honey
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 425 F.
- Whisk together hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, dry sherry, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Pat pork dry with paper towels and add to the bowl, then turn to coat. Allow to marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Add the pork to the preheated air fryer in a single layer (work in batches, if necessary). Set timer to 20 minutes, brushing with glaze and turning every 5 minutes, until caramelized and slightly charred along the edges.
- Thinly slice and serve over rice and with your favourite vegetables.
