2tbspoyster sauce

1tspgarlic powder

Method
Preheat air fryer to 425 F.
Whisk together hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, dry sherry, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and salt in a medium bowl.
Pat pork dry with paper towels and add to the bowl, then turn to coat. Allow to marinate for about 30 minutes.
Add the pork to the preheated air fryer in a single layer (work in batches, if necessary). Set timer to 20 minutes, brushing with glaze and turning every 5 minutes, until caramelized and slightly charred along the edges.
Thinly slice and serve over rice and with your favourite vegetables.
