4boneless center-cut pork chopsabout 1 1/2 lb
3/4cuppanko breadcrumbs
1/2cupparmesan cheesefinely grated
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1/2tsp2 mL salt
1large eggbeaten
Cooking oil spray
Hot honeyfor drizzling
Method
Pat pork chops dry and set aside.
Add panko, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to a shallow dish and combine well.
Place egg in another shallow dish. Dip pork chops in egg, letting excess drip off. Add pork to crumbs; flipping and pressing pork chops multiple times until all sides are very well coated. Discard any unused crumbs and egg.
Line basket with air fryer parchment paper liner. Lightly coat chops with cooking oil spray. Transfer pork chops to air fryer in one layer, working in batches as needed.
Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying again with oil, or until chops reach an internal temperature reaches 155°F. Keep chops warm between batches and/or rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
