Air Fryer Pork Rangoons
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground pork
- 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup green onion thinly sliced
- ½ tsp salt
- Sriracha to taste
- 20 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray or oil
- Chili crisp soy sauce, sliced green onion, to serve
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400 F. Add pork, ginger, garlic, green onion, salt, and sriracha to a medium bowl. Mix well with your hands to combine.
- Spread wonton wrappers in a single layer on a flat surface. Place 1 tbsp of the pork mixture in the centre of each wrapper.
- Starting with one of the wonton wrappers, use a pastry brush or clean fingers to swipe the outer edges of the wrapper lightly with water. Bring all the corners to the centre and pinch together. Close all the edges to seal, squeezing the air out of the centre as you go. Place on a large baking sheet and then repeat with the remaining wrappers.
- Spray the prepared rangoons with cooking spray or brush lightly with oil.
- Working in batches if necessary, place the rangoons in the basket of the air fryer, making sure they aren’t touching. Cook for 5 minutes until rangoons look crispy and golden, and the filling is cooked through.
- Serve immediately with chili crisp, soy sauce and more sliced green onion.
