Sausage Hash brown Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 1 onion
- 2 peppers
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1.5 cup shredded cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
Method
- Preheat oven at 350. Remove sausage casing if needed, crumble and cook on medium heat.
- Dice the onion and peppers. Add spices to eggs and whisk together.
- Combine all ingredients and half the cheese in baking dish and mix well.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 or until cooked through.
